Get ready for a fun and creative night at Colegio Menor. On April 4th, there will be a great competition between high school students, each one interpreting different themes present inBrazil, because that’s where the world cup is going to take place on July. For example, seniors, who have priority in the songs and the theme, chose the world cup. There is going to be a lot of dances, soccer players, and emotion in their show, for sure. In the other hand, the juniors are doing a sort of monopoly game with the audience being part of their entertainment. This show has become a tradition in this school because it has become a connection and a union between staff, classmates, and teachers. Staff is always the most excited because they are the ones controlling everything, they are able to enjoy the show and have different perspectives, and try to make everyone have a great time. No one, not even the student that act or dances have the certainty that there class is going to be the champions. But I have never heard a student say that that’s the purpose of this tradition is to WIN! No, their purpose, especially the seniors which is their last year just want to have a good time and enjoy a fun night with everyone. The major and most important point of choreographies, apart from having a good time, is a charity event. For every ticket sold, ten dollars go to a new foundation “ odd Hansen” del club Rotario, which is based on constructing a new school for the people that don’t have the resources to get education and to teach some manners to the children that will be the future of our world. It’s going to be a fun event so don`t miss it. It’s a worthwhile experience. You will have fun, and at the same time give a little of you to the rest.
