“Don’t you ever get the feeling that all your life is going by and you’re not taking advantage of it? Do you realize you’ve lived nearly half the time you have to live already?”  Ernest Hemingway.

Everyone wonders about the future. We wonder about the job we will have, the person we will be marry with, how many children we will have, and tons of other stuff!! It is okay to think in the future, it is great to have goals and dreams! What is not okay is when we think too much on the future that we stop enjoying the present, today.

So instead of living life asking yourself “what if, I could’ve, maybe if, I should’ve” lets live the life of “I am”, enjoying the journey of life, before it is too late. Appreciate every single detail, because those details are the ones we remember forever; eating your favorite candy, watch your favorite movies at 2am, the colors, the smell of the food or the smell of the person you like! Live life at its fullest! Love yourself and the people that love you.

The main idea that I understood from this article, is to live your life to the fullest. To appreciate and take advantage of what you have. To live with no regrets becuase you only live once. I really enjoyed the part where she describes how many of us, spend so much of our time thinking, of what we could have done, or what we could have said. some of us even overthink situations to much, and we do not realize that this is only wasting our time and time in life is a precious thing.

I enjoyed reading your article and I liked your topic and your take on it. I agree with you when you say that we should live in the present, we never know if we might get a tomorrow, so every day we do, I think we should take advantage and make the most out of it. I think we never appreciate what we have until its gone, and that could be applied to time. We think we’ll always have more time and that there will be a tomorrow, but the problem is that we never know.

From what I understood the post encourages people to enjoy life. To stop worrying about what might happen tommorow or the next day and enjoy what´s happening now. I agree with the post, I believe live is about enjoying every moment, not thinking about the future. If you waist your time thinking about the future one day life will past you buy.Like the famous quote says “life is what happens when we are making plans for the future” I believe peple don´t realize the importance of the present, we are always in hurry for what´s to come next that we ignore what´s going on now. I agree with the article;we need to slow down and appreciate every moment as it comes.

This article has the purpose to make readers question how much they are enjoying their present life right now. The quote she uses by Ernest Hemingway relates perfectly with the topic of this article. The tone of the article is positive and inviting, as a reader I feel welcomed to try this things to live the present more. I liked the way she kept it short but full of ideas!
